A new milestone tracker is now active in the client dashboard. Clients can view live progress updates, assigned engineers, and estimated delivery windows for ongoing projects — enhancing transparency and communication.
Scheduled Maintenance Notification System Introduced
We’ve implemented a new alert system that notifies clients 48 hours in advance of any scheduled maintenance. Notifications will appear in the dashboard and be sent via email to minimize service interruptions.
